This series, featuring "person’s hands" as a motif, started in 1988, and is still an ongoing project. Yasu Suzuka found a particular point of interest in the hands of people as he felt perhaps "hands," out of all parts of the body, represent the most "human" side of everyday life, such as lifestyle and gentleness. The models of the hands are quite varied, and include those of dancers, monks, and his friends.
